We bought Coalfire Quasar Cairo from Greg Tynan in 2009. Greg actually interviewed us as to our suitability to own one of his rottweiler puppies which more than impressed us. His follow-up after we brought Cairo home was very helpful and he even directed us to an IPO dog training club in our area. He educated us on what to feed our puppy. Cairo has a long list of achievements including: BH, TR1, OB3 and IPO1. We are now working towards his TR2 tracking title. Cairo is also the winner of the Sustenhance Next Top Model competition and as such is the face of its dog supplement brand. Cairo has personality plus. He is a real character and loves to be around people enjoying cuddles.He is a joy to us.Greg raw feeds his dogs and we continued this with our puppy. He always gets complements on his glossy coat and youthful appearance. I would highly recommend Coalfire Rottweilers and would not hesitate to buy another dog from them.
We purchased a male named Stannis a bit over two years ago. I did hours upon hours of research on breeders as we had lost an older Rottweiler a year prior and we knew the next dog had big shoes to fill. During my research, Greg was very approachable. He listened to exactly what we were after, we were even able to meet his dogs before there was even a litter on the way.On our visit he introduced us to all of his bitches, and the stunning Scania. From meeting him, we knew we would get what we wanted. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted from a dog and we got just that. He’s arrogant, playful, affectionate and guards our home as if his life depended on it. Stannis definitely has an attitude, and as a young couple who’d never had a puppy of our own sometimes we were a bit out of our depth. A number of times I contacted Greg to ask for advice or training tips and he has always been very helpful and understating.
